A personalized lesson to look & Identify trauma you may still be holding onto. You will fill out a forum, I will then tell you what areas I think need attention. Afterwards I will create a worksheet with 10-20 questions. Some worksheets may contain exercises like videos, personality tests & looking back into childhood. Each lesson will contain 5 worksheets.
